White Waves is our interpretation of a beer style that is not yet clearly defined: a spiced Belgian wheat beer, abundantly hopped. This beer has an intense aroma of hops reminescent of citrus and piny notes, thanks to the hops used during dry hopping. The result is a citrusy taste and fruity flavour of intense hops, perfectly balanced by wheat coriander and bitter orange peel that are used according to the Belgian beer recipe.
